Mullein has been prized for generations for it’s respiratory support properties. This wonderful plant can help loosen mucus, calm inflammation, protect cells, and fight germs. I harvest mullein & stevia (added for sweetness) from my backyard medicinal garden and decoct them in 80 proof alcohol for 2+ months until their beneficial compounds have all been released into the alcohol.
